Within the training program of Sportswise everyone wil have enough time to work on their moves. Before or after the training there will be more than enough time to relax.
Content training program
We will develop a training program depending on how many hours of training you choose. During the training the competition situation will always be present. This means that the exercises are relevant for single and double games.
In the beginning of the week we will focus on the technique of the strokes and posture. All strokes will be analyzed and used for a personal training program.
Later on there will be more time to simulate competition situations with attention and care for the tactical and mental aspects of the sport.
Prior to your trip specific needs will be discussed to supplement the program. The schedule can be customized in consultation with the management.
